Delhi Police Special Cell on Tuesday busted a major Pakistan-backed terror and criminal network operating in the national capital and arrested seven individuals in connection with the case.

Telegram’s founder and CEO, Pavel Durov, has slammed the government’s decision to temporarily ban the messaging app in India. He said that the decision will have severe impact on millions of its users rathar than preventing the bigger issue.

The BMC notice warned that anyone found wasting or misusing drinking water would face strict penalties. It said that no new connections for construction sites will be issued for the time being.
