President Biden had front row seat to dog, Commander, repeatedly biting Secret Service agents: report

President Biden reportedly witnessed multiple attacks by Commander, his ferocious dog, to U.S. Secret Service (USSS) personnel – with one urging the use of a muzzle, newly released records show. Correspondence, obtained by Judicial Watch, set the scene of life with Commander Biden – which included trips to the ER and the tailor. Multiple USSS personnel shared that the attacks happened as Biden was walking the dog, with the president witnessing the incidents first-hand. RECORDS SHOW BIDEN DOG, COMMANDER, ATTACKED SECRET SERVICE MEMBERS AT LEAST 24 TIMES Other emails shared by staff suggested that the First Family purchase a muzzle for the German Shepherd.  “TMZ just reported a dog bite at the White House! Can we please find a way to get this dog muzzled?” personnel from the U.S. Secret Service Safety, Health & Environment Division wrote in an email. One Secret Service member shared that his encounter with Commander happened on Sep. 13, 2023, while Biden was taking his dog to the Kennedy Garden for an evening walk. “As I started to walk toward him to see if he needed help, Commander ran through his legs and bit my left arm through the front of my jacket,” the USSS agent wrote. “I pulled my arm away and yelled, ‘No’. POTUS also yelled [redacted] to Commander. POTUS then [redacted]. I obliged and Commander let me pet him.” BIDEN’S DOG, COMMANDER, TERRORIZED SECRET SERVICE IN ‘EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE’ RAMPAGE: EMAILS “When turning to close the door, Commander jumped again and bit my left arm for the second time. POTUS again yelled at Commander and attached the leash to him,” he added. “My suit coat has 3 holes,1 being all the way through. No skin was broken. “ Other correspondence includes a sergeant writing in an email, “there was a dog bite and the officer may need to go to the hospital.” In other email correspondence, Anthony Guglielmi, the Chief of Communications for the United States Secret Service, wrote of another interaction with Commander. “Yesterday, around 8pm, a Secret Service Uniformed Division police officer came in contact with a First Family pet and was bitten,” Guglielmi wrote. “The officer was treated by medical personnel on complex, and I am not aware of any hospitalization.” On Sept. 26, 2023, a series of media outlets reached out to Guglielmi to confirm reports of an additional bite on a female USSS officer. BIDEN’S DOG MAJOR BITES ANOTHER WHITE HOUSE EMPLOYEE The latest information on Commander’s biting habits came after a previous report that the German shepherd bit and attacked at least 24 USSS personnel between October 2022 and July 2023. Incidents with the dog began to stack up, with family pet altercations taking place in locations such as the White House, Wilmington, Delaware, Camp David, and Biden’s beach house in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Commander’s arrival at the White House came after the Biden’s got rid of their prior dog, Major, who also behaved aggressively, including biting Secret Service and White House staff. Commander eventually left the White House to live with other family members after the series of attacks. Fox News Digital has reached out to the Office of the First Lady for comment. Fetterman’s driving record includes speeding, alleged texts and FaceTime calls: reports

Fetterman’s driving record includes speeding, alleged texts and FaceTime calls: reports

Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pa., was reportedly seen driving at a “high rate of speed” before he rear-ended another car on Interstate 70 in Maryland on Sunday night, though speeding and distracted driving are behaviors the senator has exhibited behind the wheel in the past, according to reports. Fetterman and his wife, Gisele, were involved in the car crash early Sunday in Maryland in the area of westbound I-70, near I-68, between Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Police said a preliminary investigation found a Chevrolet Traverse was traveling “at a high rate of speed, well over the posted speed limit” before rear ending a Chevrolet Impala that morning. Fetterman and his wife were in the Traverse, and police said in the report that Fetterman was at fault in the crash. SEN. JOHN FETTERMAN, WIFE GISELE, INVOLVED IN CAR CRASH IN MARYLAND SUNDAY MORNING Both vehicles were towed from the scene, while Fetterman, Gisele and the motorist in the other vehicle were taken to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries, police noted. The 54-year-old senator released a video on X on Monday evening with his wife, thanking everyone for well-wishes and sharing that they were celebrating their 16th wedding anniversary when the crash happened. In the video, Gisele said it was the worst anniversary as Fetterman held a bag of frozen peas and Tylenol. FETTERMAN ‘AT FAULT’ FOR MARYLAND CAR ACCIDENT THAT INJURED HIM, WIFE, AND OTHER DRIVER Sunday’s crash was the latest example of unsafe driving by Fetterman. Earlier this year, he pleaded guilty in Pennsylvania to a citation he received after being clocked at driving 34 mph above the posted speed limit. The Washington Post said in an article Thursday that Fetterman received another speeding ticket in 2016, in which he was driving at least 24 mph above the speed limit. FETTERMAN’S EX-AIDES FUME IN PRIVATE OVER SENATOR’S ‘LOVE’ OF ATTENTION, SUPPORT FOR ISRAEL: REPORT After pleading guilty to the speeding ticket earlier this year, he was ordered to complete a driver’s improvement course, a person familiar with the outcome who preferred to remain anonymous, told the publication. Three people privy to knowledge about decisions made by Fetterman’s staff also spoke on condition of anonymity to the Post, and claimed the senator had been on FaceTime and texted while behind the wheel. His actions, the aides reportedly claimed, raised concerns among the staff. JOHN FETTERMAN TO RECEIVE TOP JEWISH COLLEGE’S HIGHEST AWARD FOR HIS STANCE ON ISRAEL They even told the publication they refrain from messaging Fetterman if he is driving because of his alleged history of answering texts while driving. Fetterman’s office did not respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment on the matter. CLICK HERE TO GET THE FOX NEWS APP A spokesperson for Fetterman told the Post the alleged accounts on the senator’s driving are “gossip and inaccurate,” though they declined to provide specifics. James Carville sounds off on Dems hemorrhaging support of Latino male voters: ‘We’re gonna f—in lose ’em!’

James Carville sounds off on Dems hemorrhaging support of Latino male voters: ‘We’re gonna f—in lose ’em!’

Democratic political strategist James Carville shared his concern about Democrats losing minority voters, namely Latino Americans, ahead of the 2024 election cycle, pointing fingers at “preachy females” in the party. Carville’s commentary came during an appearance on Donny Deutsch’s “On Brand” podcast, shedding light on the Democrats’ “huge male problem” among “communities of color.” “We have a huge male problem all across the board, but particularly, I hate this term, but I’ll use it, ‘communities of color,’ as if all people that are not white are the same. It’s stupid,” Carville said. JAMES CARVILLE REGRETS THAT BIDEN IS RUNNING, WORRIES YOUNGER GENERATION UNINTERESTED IN POLITICS Carville explained that the party’s “male problem” was exasperated by “preachy females,” sharing that they are “too much.”  “And I do think, and people got a little upset with me when I told The New York Times, I think Democratic culture has too many preachy females. It’s too much,” he said.  “‘Don’t eat hamburgers, don’t watch football, wear a condom.’ Like, man, sh–, leave me alone, OK? I’ve got a god—n life to lead,” Carville said. “You know, a guy works at a tire repair shop in suburban Atlanta, motherf—er’s working 50 hours a week, making $16.50 an hour, and he wants to watch the football game, and he wants to smoke dope and drink beer.” JAMES CARVILLE DEMANDS MORE ‘SLANTED COVERAGE’ OF TRUMP, SLAMS NEW YORK TIMES Carville said that the narrative that they are “slothful” frustrates minority voters. “And then everybody’s telling him he’s slothful, and they reject that sh–,” he added. “I just think some of it is this cosmopolitan condensation, if you will. Like, you need to lead the kind of life we lead, not the kind of life you lead, and it p—es people off.” Deutsch told Carville that where Democrats are struggling, Trump seems to excel. Carville agreed, adding, “We’re gonna lose Hispanic males. We’re gonna f—in’ lose ’em.” YOUNG BLACK VOTERS IN PHILADELPHIA TRASH BIDEN AND TRUMP AS ‘BOTH LIARS,’ ‘DIRTY:’ ‘NEITHER CANDIDATE IS GOOD’ “That’s on that male-female issue,” Deutsch said. “That’s on … very much, they want to see, this is a generalization, but strong dominant male in a household.” Recent polls have showed minority voters appearing to sour on President Biden.  The surveys, released in May by the New York Times, Siena College and the Philadelphia Inquirer, show Trump with the lead in five of the six key battleground states where he was narrowly defeated by Biden four years ago.  Especially concerning for Democrats is the polls found Biden leading Trump among Black voters 63% to 23%, which would be a sharp drop from the 87% of Black voters who supported Biden in 2020, and helped him flip Georgia and other swing states.  If the results stand on Election Day, Trump winning more than 20% of the Black vote would be the highest level of backing by Black voters of a GOP presidential candidate in generations.  Fox News’ Elizabeth Heckman contributed to this report.

NASA administrator says ‘at least a trillion’ other planets like Earth could exist in universe

NASA has plans to return astronauts to the lunar surface in the near future. Next year, four astronauts will orbit the moon. “We don’t need to go back to the moon just for the moon. We’re going back to learn new things. In order for us to go to Mars and beyond,” said Administrator Bill Nelson. The Perseverance Rover is exploring the Jezero Crater on Mars, which was once a lake on the red planet. Scientists believe life may have existed there in the distant past. LUNAR MINING RAISES KEY LEGAL QUESTIONS AS NEW SPACE RACE HEATS UP “It’s getting samples and it’s drilling with this drill, creating these core samples about the size of a cigar and sealing them up in these titanium tubes,” Nelson explained. “We’re trying to figure out right now how we’re going to go back and get them and bring them back to Earth, so that we got an idea of whether or not there was life there.” NASA is now working with several companies to develop a plan for the return mission, which could happen in the 2030s. The agency is also working with Firebird Diagnostics in the search for life on Mars. “NASA’s mission is to go out, among other things, and discover whether or not we are alone,” said Firebird Diagnostics Founder Steven Benner. His company sells so-called alien DNA. It uses synthetic properties and has helped NASA understand what possible forms of alternative DNA might exist. US-CHINA SPACE RACE FOR MOON MINING HEATS UP “It’s a big question as to how molecular biology could be done if it was, done by an organism that does not share a common ancestor, a common origin, with you and me,” Benner said. The DNA has also helped detect diseases like Covid-19, cancer and HIV here on Earth. Human DNA has four nucleotides or building blocks. Benner’s synthetic material has up to eight. They allow for more sensitive testing and eliminate false positives. “It allows you to get that needle in the haystack without having to worry about all the background information,” Benner said. Nelson says searching for life on other planets helps us understand better who we are in the universe. DIA OFFICIALS WARN CHINA, RUSSIA DEVELOPING ‘COUNTER-SPACE CAPABILITIES’ “If you ask me directly, do I think that there are aliens here on Earth? I don’t think so. I don’t absolutely know. And I don’t think the U.S. government is hiding anything from anybody. But if you ask me, ‘do I think there’s life out there in the cosmos?,’” Nelson said. “I ask our NASA scientists that question, ‘how many possibilities in the vastness of this universe are there, that there’s another planet like Earth that would be habitable for life as something like we know it?’ They said at least a trillion.” Nelson says while the odds that life may exist in space, whatever it may be, likely exists so far away that it won’t be discovered for a long time. However, NASA is still preparing for the possibility. “Even if you could travel at the speed of light to a far off distant world, the close ones are a thousand light years away,” Nelson said. “That doesn’t mean that we cannot have some kind of understanding of what’s out there.” Nelson has asked NASA scientists to use artificial intelligence in the software of spacecrafts. “In a spacecraft like Voyager, that is out in interstellar space, that is beyond our solar system, if it came upon another spacecraft, it could real time learn to communicate with that other spacecraft,” Nelson said. “That’s what we do at NASA. They make the impossible possible. It’s a bunch of wizards around here.”

Trump endorses blue state Republican Senate candidate who does not support the former president

Trump endorses blue state Republican Senate candidate who does not support the former president

EXCLUSIVE — Former Gov. Larry Hogan of Maryland, a vocal Republican critic of Donald Trump who’s aiming to flip a Democrat-held Senate seat in his blue state, apparently has the support of the former president. “I’d like to see him win. I think he has a good chance to win. I would like to see him win. And we’ve got to take the majority,” Trump said Thursday in an exclusive interview with Fox News as he pointed to the Maryland Senate race. It’s one of a handful that may determine if the GOP wins back the Senate chamber. Hogan, a popular former two-term governor, is running against Democrat Angela Alsobrooks, the executive of Prince George’s County, Maryland, in the race to succeed retiring Democratic Sen. Ben Cardin. TRUMP MEETS FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER WITH THIS REPUBLICAN GOVERNOR The former Maryland governor, who has said he won’t vote for Trump in November’s presidential election, stood out from most other Republicans for publicly calling for the guilty verdicts late last month in the former president’s criminal trial to be respected. Before Trump was convicted on 34 felony counts in the first trial of a former or current president in the nation’s history, Hogan took to social media to say, “Regardless of the result, I urge all Americans to respect the verdict and the legal process. At this dangerously divided moment in our history, all leaders — regardless of party — must not pour fuel on the fire with more toxic partisanship. TRUMP’S GRIP ON GOP REMAINS FIRM AS HIS ENDORSED CANDIDATES SWEEP PRIMARIES “We must reaffirm what has made this nation great: the rule of law.” Minutes later, Trump campaign senior adviser Chris LaCivita, a veteran Republican consultant, responded to Hogan’s social media post, writing, “You just ended your campaign.” On Thursday, as Trump was leaving Capitol Hill after meetings with congressional Republicans, he was asked by Fox News if he would support Hogan. “We have to straighten out our country. So, I’d like to see him when he’s somebody that can win. I would. I know other people made some strong statements, but I can just say from my standpoint, I’m about the party and I’m about the country. And I would like to see him win,” the former president said. Asked if he is endorsing Hogan, Trump responded that “nobody’s asked me that. But essentially I would be endorsing. Yeah.” Hogan campaign senior adviser Mike Ricci, asked for a response to the former president’s comments, told Fox News that “Gov. Hogan has been clear he is not supporting Donald Trump just as he didn’t in 2016 and 2020.” Fox News’ James Levinson contributed to this report  Get the latest updates from the 2024 campaign trail, exclusive interviews and more at our Fox News Digital election hub.
