Judge blocks Trump’s EPA from terminating $14 billion in ‘green bank’ grants after accusations of fraud
A federal judge on Tuesday blocked the Environmental Protection Agency from terminating $14 billion in grants awarded to three climate groups by the Biden administration. U.S. District Judge Tonya Chutkan ruled that the federal government’s “vague and unsubstantiated assertions of fraud are insufficient.” The order prevents the EPA from ending the grant program, which totaled $20 billion. The judge also blocked Citibank, which holds the money on behalf of EPA, from transferring it to the government or anyone else. EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin claimed the grant recipients engaged in mismanagement, fraud and self-dealing in announcing that he froze and moved to terminate the grants, but the judge said Zeldin’s allegations were inadequate. “At this juncture, EPA Defendants have not sufficiently explained why unilaterally terminating Plaintiffs’ grant awards was a rational precursor to reviewing” the green bank program, Chutkan wrote. EPA TERMINATES BIDEN ADMIN’S GREEN GRANTS WORTH $20B, ZELDIN SAYS The grant recipients sued the EPA, Zeldin and Citibank, arguing that they had illegally denied the groups access to $14 billion awarded last year through the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, commonly referred to as a “green bank.” The program, which consisted of two initiatives worth $14 billion and $6 billion, respectively, was approved by Congress under the 2022 Inflation Reduction Act to support clean energy and climate-friendly projects. Three groups — Climate United, the Coalition for Green Capital and Power Forward Communities — said the frozen grants prevented them from funding new projects and might force them to lay off staff. The groups said the allegations of mishandling funds were meritless. The groups also asked Chutkan to order Citibank to unfreeze the account, but the judge declined. The order only preserves the status quo as the case moves forward. CEO of Climate United, said the judge’s ruling was “a step in the right direction.” “In the coming weeks, we will continue working towards a long-term solution that will allow us to invest in projects that deliver energy savings, create jobs, and boost American manufacturing in communities across the country,” Bafford said. Zeldin said Tuesday on X that the grants were awarded “in a manner that deliberately reduced the ability of EPA to conduct proper oversight,” adding that he “will not rest until these hard-earned taxpayer dollars are returned to the U.S. Treasury.” Zeldin has described the grants as a “gold bar” scheme involved in conflicts of interest and potential fraud. “Twenty billion of your tax dollars were parked at an outside financial institution, in a deliberate effort to limit government oversight — doling out your money through just eight pass-through, politically connected, unqualified and in some cases brand-new NGOs,” Zeldin previously said in a video posted on X. Climate United contended that the termination was unlawful, arguing the federal government had identified no evidence of waste, fraud or abuse.

EXCLUSIVE: The Democratic National Committee (DNC) is putting up billboards in nine competitive House districts that call out Republican representatives whom the Democrats charge are refusing to hold town halls with their constituents. The launch of the billboards, shared first with Fox News on Wednesday, comes as the DNC teams up with the Association of State Democratic Committees and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee to host what they are calling “People’s Town Halls.” The in-person public events are being held this week during the Congressional recess in House districts with Republican representatives the Democrats consider vulnerable in next year’s midterm elections, when Democrats aim to win back the majority in the chamber. The DNC says the billboards will appear in the districts of Republican Reps. Juan Ciscomani (AZ-06) of Arizona, Gabe Evans (CO-08) of Colorado, Anna Paulina Luna (FL-13) of Florida, Zach Nunn (IA-03) of Iowa, John James (MI-10) of Michigan, Ann Wagner (MO-02) of Missouri, Don Bacon (NE-02) of Nebraska, and Ryan MacKenzie (PA-07) and Rob Bresnahan (PA-08) of Pennsylvania. TOWN HALL HELD BY REPUBLICAN CONGRESSMAN TURNS HEATED The moves this month by the Democrats follow the outbreak last month of eruptions and protests at town halls held by some Republican lawmakers. The outbursts were in reaction to sweeping and controversial moves by President Donald Trump in the opening weeks of his second tour of duty in the White House, which included a massive upending and downsizing of the federal government’s workforce. HEATING UP: THE EARLY MOVES ARE UNDERWAY IN THE 2028 DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENTIAL NOMINATION RACE Trump and Republican leaders have blamed the protests on Democratic activists and voters who showed up at the town halls, in what the GOP claims is an attempt to amplify the unrest. The president charged the outbursts were the work of “paid troublemakers” and that “it’s all part of a game for the Democrats.” House Speaker Mike Johnson claimed the eruptions were ignited by “professional protesters.” In response, Johnson and the National Republican Congressional Committee, the House GOP’s campaign arm, urged GOP lawmakers to avoid in-person gatherings with voters when possible and instead hold virtual town halls. The DNC, in their release, claimed the GOP lawmakers “are hiding from voters” and that “it’s time for Republicans across the country to stand up” and “face the music” over what Democrats call an “unpopular agenda.” Recently-elected DNC Chair Ken Martin, in a statement to Fox News, argued that “Republicans are refusing to meet with their constituents after voting to take away health care and make it harder for families to put food on the table. This isn’t surprising, over the last few months, one word has come to describe Republicans: cowards.” “If Republicans won’t show up, then Democrats will,” Martin emphasized. “We are hosting events in Republican-held districts and we are pasting Republican representatives’ phone numbers on billboards across their district because working families deserve to be heard.”
Trump administration ends program to track kidnapped Ukrainian children in Russia, lawmakers say
The U.S. State Department has ended funding for tracking thousands of Ukrainian children abducted by Russia, and a U.S. database with information on the victims may have been deleted, according to a letter U.S. lawmakers plan to send to Trump administration officials on Wednesday. A group of Democratic U.S. lawmakers penned the letter to Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, urging the administration to restore the program that helps track the abducted Ukrainian children. The administration has ended a government-funded initiative led by Yale University’s Humanitarian Research Lab that tracked the mass deportation of children from Ukraine, meaning researchers have lost access to a significant amount of information — including satellite imagery — on roughly 30,000 children kidnapped from Ukraine. “We have reason to believe that the data from the repository has been permanently deleted. If true, this would have devastating consequences,” the letter, led by Ohio Rep. Greg Landsman, said. PRESIDENT TRUMP TOUTS ‘GREAT’ PHONE CALL WITH RUSSIA’S VLADIMIR PUTIN News of the letter came on Tuesday, the same day U.S. President Donald Trump spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin, who stopped short of agreeing to a 30-day truce in Moscow’s war against Ukraine. A person familiar with the tracking program said the canceled State Department contract led to the deletion of $26 million in war crimes evidence. “They took $26 million of U.S. taxpayers money used for war crimes data and threw it into the woodchipper, including the dossiers on all the children,” the person told Reuters. “If you wanted to protect President Putin from prosecution, you nuke that thing. And they did it. It’s the final court-admissible version with all the metadata,” the person added. The letter to administration officials also calls for sanctions to punish officials in Russia and its ally Belarus who are involved in abducting children. “These egregious, openly acknowledged violations of the rights of children afforded under international law demand consequences,” the letter said. Yale University’s Humanitarian Research Lab also no longer has access to the satellite imagery needed to track the abducted children, according to the lawmakers. “Our government is providing an essential service – one that does not require the transfer of weapons or cash to Ukraine – in pursuit of the noble goal of rescuing these children. We must, immediately, resume the work to help Ukraine bring these children home,” the letter said. RUSSIA WANTS ‘IRONCLAD’ GUARANTEE THAT UKRAINE WILL BE BARRED FROM NATO: OFFICIAL Ukraine has described the abductions of tens of thousands of its children taken to Russia or Russian-occupied territory without parental consent as a war crime that meets the U.N. treaty definition of genocide. Russia has claimed it has been evacuating people voluntarily to protect vulnerable children from being caught in the crossfire. In March 2023, the International Criminal Court issued warrants for the arrest of Lvova-Belova and Putin in connection with the abduction of Ukrainian children, a move Russia denounced as “outrageous and unacceptable.” Eurojust, Europe’s agency for criminal cooperation, said on Tuesday it learned the U.S. government was ending its support for the International Centre for the Prosecution of the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine, which was collecting evidence to prosecute Putin and others. The following retraction is nothing short of humiliating: “The Associated Press has withdrawn its story about U.S. Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard saying President Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin ‘are very good friends.’ Gabbard was talking about Trump and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The AP will publish a corrected version of the story.” TRUMP ACCUSES BIG MEDIA OF ‘ILLEGAL’ REPORTING, VIRTUALLY ABOLISHES VOICE OF AMERICA Whoa! How do you run that piece in the first place without having it nailed down? The wire service, you may recall, is suing the Trump administration for ousting its reporters from the White House pool over its refusal to refer to “Gulf of America.” So, this unforced error puts the White House in I-told-you-so mode. On Monday, when Trump was at the Kennedy Center, an NBC reporter tried to ask a question, Trump asked, “Who are you with?” After the journalist identified himself, the president said: “I don’t want to talk to NBC anymore. I think you’re so discredited.” The Trump team later posted the exchange with “mic drop” emojis. The point is that Trump dominates the news no matter what he does. And, as I’ve been saying for the 35 years I’ve known him, even a torrent of negative publicity helps him because his media detractors are playing on his turf. While Trump was visiting the Kennedy Center, he “floated” the idea of personally hosting the annual awards show. And who’s going to stop him, since he’s purged the Democratic board members? ELON MUSK, LIGHTNING ROD, WHO CALLS AN OPPONENT ‘TRAITOR,’ BECOMES A HIGH-PROFILE TARGET The ratings, he said, would skyrocket. And he’s right about that. As the New York Times notes, a younger Trump dreamed of becoming a Broadway producer. He now says the Kennedy Center will concentrate on producing “Broadway hits.” And by the way, Trump released 80,000 pages of JFK assassination files yesterday and has asked for no redactions. The president can make news on the slightest whim, just by posting on Truth Social. He just went after Judge James Boasberg, who ordered the deportations of mostly Venezuelan gang members to be stopped while planes were still in the air: “This judge, like many of the Crooked Judges’ I am forced to appear before, should be IMPEACHED!!!” WE DON’T WANT VICIOUS, VIOLENT, AND DEMENTED CRIMINALS, MANY OF THEM DERANGED MURDERERS, IN OUR COUNTRY.” The posting drew a rare rebuke from Chief Justice John Roberts: “For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision. The normal appellate review process exists for that purpose.” DONALD TRUMP, FACING TERRIBLE COVERAGE, SOFTENS TONE AND TACTICS FOR ELON MUSK’S DOGE CRUSADE The president is also renewing his habit of going after journalists personally. Ashley Parker had a highly successful career at the New York Times and Washington Post–she’s also an MSNBC analyst–who recently joined the Atlantic. She asked Trump for an interview. After dismissing the liberal Atlantic as a “Third Rate Magazine,” Trump posted: “Ashley Parker is not capable of doing a fair and unbiased interview. She is a Radical Left Lunatic, and has been as terrible as is possible for as long as I have known her. To this date, she doesn’t even know that I won the Presidency THREE times. If you have some other reporter, let us know, but Ashley is not capable or competent enough to understand the intricacies of High Level politics.” Parker is restrained, not radical, and in bringing up the 2020 election, Trump is asking her to accept something that has never been proven in court or by his own attorney general. A magazine spokesperson said, “Atlantic reporters are diligent and fair and continue to pursue stories of importance to the public.” And then there is, you know, the actual job of the presidency. Trump reported yesterday on his 90-minute phone call with Vladimir Putin. They “stressed the need for improved bilateral relations between the United States and Russia” – no surprise there. “The leaders agreed that the movement to peace will begin with an energy and infrastructure ceasefire, as well as technical negotiations on implementation of a maritime ceasefire in the Black Sea, full ceasefire and permanent peace…. “They further discussed the need to stop proliferation of strategic weapons and will engage with others to ensure the broadest possible application. The two leaders shared the view that Iran should never be in a position to destroy Israel.” And: “The two leaders agreed that a future with an improved bilateral relationship between the United States and Russia has huge upside,” including “enormous economic deals and geopolitical stability.” It seems to me that Trump got next to nothing. A 30-day pause in attacks on energy plants and infrastructure, that’s about it. Everything else is subject to negotiations, which gives the Kremlin more time to keep attacking Ukraine and lock in further territorial gains. A real cease-fire seems a long way off. But whether Trump is on the attack or being attacked, he is driving the news every day, even inserting himself into culture and sports topics. Keep that in mind when the ratings-driven president hosts the Kennedy Center honors.
Texas lawmaker proposes bill targeting furries; measure seeks to ban ‘non-human behavior’ in schools
A Texas lawmaker has introduced a bill to ban “non-human behavior” in public schools, such as barking, meowing and other animal-like practices commonly used by furries. The Forbidding Unlawful Representation of Roleplaying in Education, or FURRIES Act, was proposed in the state’s House last week by GOP Rep. Stan Gerdes. “No distractions. No theatrics. Just education,” Gerdes wrote on X. “Texas schools are for educating kids, not indulging in radical trends. Let’s keep the focus where it belongs—on preparing students for success in life.” Under the proposal, students would be prohibited from engaging in various animal behaviors, including using a litter box, licking themselves, making animal noises like barking, meowing, or hissing or otherwise pretending to be an animal. OKLAHOMA BILL WOULD BAN ‘FURRIES’ FROM SCHOOL, REQUIRE PARENT, ‘ANIMAL CONTROL’ TO PICK-UP RULE-BREAKERS Allegations of litter boxes being set up in school bathrooms have repeatedly been debunked by schools across the country in recent years following false claims that circulated online. Students would also be barred from wearing items that were not designed for human use, including animal ears, whiskers, tails, collars, leashes or other accessories typically used for pets. Fur is also prohibited, but the bill specifies that natural human hair and wigs are not included in the ban on fur. The legislation would require students to present themselves as humans. They also would not be allowed to start organizations or clubs related to non-human behavior and would be prohibited from promoting the idea that non-human behaviors are socially acceptable. There are some exceptions to the ban on animal accessories and non-human behaviors, including dressing up for Halloween or other school dress-up events related to human history, although this would be limited to five days per school year, as well as theater performances and dressing up as a school mascot. TEXAS LAWMAKERS CONSIDERING BILL TO BAN GENDER CHANGES ON BIRTH CERTIFICATES Students who fail to comply could be removed from class, suspended or expelled. The measure also allows for students to be transferred to a juvenile justice alternative education program. Teachers would be required to report violations to the Texas attorney general, and school districts that do not enforce the restrictions could face fines starting at $10,000 for the first offense and $25,000 for additional violations. The proposal has the backing of Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and the state’s House Speaker, Dustin Burrows, both of whom are Republicans. “If you have a child in a public school, you have one expectation: your children’s going to be learning the fundamentals of education — reading and writing and math and science,” Abbott said during a recent meeting with pastors in Austin, citing the furry issue as a motivating factor to allow private school choice vouchers. Venezuela will face ‘severe, and escalating sanctions’ if it doesn’t accept its citizens, Rubio says
Venezuela will face “severe, and escalating sanctions” if it refuses to accept its citizens who have been deported from the United States, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Tuesday. The tough warning comes as the Trump administration seeks to ramp up deportations of Venezuelans living illegally in the U.S. and to need a temporary residency program for hundreds of thousands of Venezuelans, which could pave the way for them to lose their legal status. ‘WEAPONIZED MIGRATION’: US FACES DEADLY CONSEQUENCES WITH MADURO IN POWER, VENEZUELAN OPPOSITION WARNS Many of those with protected status migrated to the U.S. amid Venezuela’s economic collapse under the authoritarian rule of President Nicolas Maduro. “Venezuela is obligated to accept its repatriated citizens from the U.S. This is not an issue for debate or negotiation,” Rubio wrote on X. “Nor does it merit any reward. Unless the Maduro regime accepts a consistent flow of deportation flights, without further excuses or delays, the U.S. will impose new, severe, and escalating sanctions.” The threat came days after Richard Grenell, President Donald Trump’s special envoy tasked with securing the release of six U.S. citizens imprisoned in Venezuela, said the Maduro government had agreed to accept repatriation flights. Maduro agreed to accept his citizens after initially refusing to do so. Over the weekend, 238 Venezuelan gang members were flown to a high-security prison in El Salvador despite a federal judge’s order temporarily blocking the deportations. During an interview on Fox News Radio, Rubio thanked El Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele for accepting the migrants. “Venezuela should be taking them, but they refuse to take them. And so, we are fortunate to have a friend like President Bukele who, as part of my meeting with him said we will take them for a fraction of what it costs you guys to house them in your own prison system,” he said. “I think it was a very helpful thing that El Salvador did for us and President Bukele, and we’re grateful to him for it. And frankly, I feel like we should continue to do it,” he added.
Radio Free Europe sues Trump admin, Kari Lake over defunding
Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, the U.S.-funded news outlet created to reach people living under communism during the Cold War, is suing Kari Lake and the Trump administration over efforts to defund the organization. The lawsuit, filed in a Washington D.C. federal court, said the station has not been paid a $7.5 million invoice submitted Monday. It claims the funding freeze undermines Congress’s purse strings. Both entities are funded by government grants, with around 1% coming from private donations and other sources, the lawsuit states. “Whether to disburse funds as directed by appropriations laws, and whether to make those funds available through grants as directed by the International Broadcasting Act, is not an optional choice for the agency to make,” the lawsuit said. “It is the law. The lawsuit came days after President Donald Trump signed an executive order intended to eliminate USAGM. On Monday, Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky urged European Union ministers at a meeting in Brussels to consider ways to allow the Prague-based service to continue. EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas called Radio Free Europe “a beacon of democracy” and said it was sad that the U.S. had decided to cut its funding, Reuters reported. “Can we come in with our funding to … fill the void that U.S. is leaving? The answer to that question is … not automatically, because we have a lot of organizations who are coming with the same request to us,” she told reporters. Republican Tudor Dixon praises Trump as she eyes 2026 run for governor or Senate in key battleground
Business executive, conservative commentator and 2022 Republican gubernatorial nominee Tudor Dixon says she’s seriously mulling another run for statewide office in 2026 in her home state of Michigan. But Dixon says she hasn’t decided whether she’ll bid for the Great Lakes battleground state’s open Senate seat or governor’s office. “I want to do the most good for our beloved state. That’s why I’m considering a run for governor or U.S. Senate,” Dixon announced Tuesday in a statement on social media. “Both races present unique opportunities and different ways to benefit Michigan.” Dixon said that she “will decide soon where my experience and talents would most benefit the state we love so dearly.” THIS TOP DEMOCRAT MAKES A MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT IN MICHIGAN’S SENATE RACE In her statement, Dixon praised President Donald Trump, emphasizing that he “is leading the way nationally.” “He is delivering on his promises to secure the border, bring manufacturing jobs home and boost energy independence,” she argued. “I am committed to standing with President Trump to deliver on the America First agenda here in Michigan. Besides Dixon, other Republicans considering a Senate run are Rep. John James – who is in his second term in the House and was the GOP Senate nominee in Michigan in 2018 and 2020 – and longtime Rep. Bill Huizenga. Among Democrats, State Sen. Mallory McMorrow, the majority whip in Lansing, is likely to launch a Democratic campaign. McMorrow grabbed national attention in 2022 after delivering a floor speech in the Michigan Senate that was seen as a model for countering GOP attacks. Among the other Democrats who have expressed interest in running are two-term Michigan Attorney General Dana Nesse and Congresswoman Haley Stevens. Pete Buttigieg last week ruled out a Senate run in his adopted home state of Michigan. Don Jr. campaigns in WI for GOP-backed Supreme Court candidate as early voting begins
National figures across the political aisle are descending on Wisconsin as early voting is underway for the April 1 election, where the race between Waukesha County Circuit Judge Brad Schimel and Dane County Circuit Judge Susan Crawford is heating up and making history as the most expensive judicial race in the country. Donald Trump Jr. headlined a Turning Point Action town hall in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, on Monday with Turning Point President and Co-Founder Charlie Kirk. Turning Point Action, a nonprofit focused on electing conservative leaders, launched a “Commit 100” voter turnout operation in Wisconsin to support Schimel’s candidacy, the Republican-backed former Wisconsin attorney general. “We understand that these kind of races that people don’t always hear about, they could tip the scales of the entire future of the Republic. . . . We have to save our court in order to save this great state of Wisconsin,” Kirk told Wisconsin voters on Monday. The Democratic National Committee (DNC) announced on Tuesday a coordinated campaign for Crawford, the Democrat-backed candidate for Wisconsin Supreme Court. The DNC said it will host 12 text and phone banks and deploy thousands of volunteers to deter Elon Musk’s influence on the election. ‘HE CANNOT BUY AN ELECTION HERE IN WISCONSIN’: SANDERS SLAMS MUSK IN STATE TRUMP WON BY LESS THAN 1% “When I went to Wisconsin to knock doors last month, folks told me they don’t want billionaires like Elon Musk running our federal government, and they certainly don’t want him buying our elections,” DNC Chair Ken Martin said in a statement. The best way to curb Elon Musk’s influence is to organize everywhere, win races, and stop him in his tracks. Right-wing billionaire money is allergic to grassroots organizing, which is why Democrats will call more than 2 million Wisconsin voters—hosting 12 text and phone banks and sending thousands of volunteers into action. The DNC is all hands on deck, because Wisconsin is not for sale,” he added. “Americans for Prosperity-Wisconsin’s grassroots army has connected with over 300,000 voters since before Thanksgiving – hearing from parents, business owners, and community members alike and their message is clear— Wisconsinites know that radical Susan Crawford would not protect the rule of law, our public safety, or preserve our constitutional rights. AFP-WI remains laser focused on supporting Brad Schimel through April 1st because the future of our state, and our country, depends on it,” Megan Novak, State Director for Americans for Prosperity Wisconsin, said in a statement to Fox News Digital. The group will lead canvassing efforts in the Milwaukee area on Friday. The winner of April’s Supreme Court election will hold the “nonpartisan” position for a 10-year term, dictating the balance of power in Wisconsin that could determine the battleground state’s political trajectory. Due in part to billionaire investments from Musk and George Soros, the race is on track to be the most expensive judicial race in the United States, according to campaign finance reports. The Democratic Party of Wisconsin Chair Ben Wikler described the election as an “all-hands-on-deck moment” and framed the election as a competition against Musk himself. “With Wisconsin voters up against the world’s richest man, this is an all-hands-on-deck moment and we’re thrilled to have the support of the DNC in this fight,” Wikler said. “Elections in Wisconsin often come down to a hairsbreadth, and every voter we can turn out to support Judge Susan Crawford and Dr. Jill Underly on April 1 can make the difference between keeping Wisconsin on a path of progress or letting Elon Musk and Donald Trump drag us backwards.” Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., during a stop on his “Fighting Oligarchy” Tour in Altoona, Wisconsin, targeted Musk for donating to the conservative candidate Schimel. Campaign reports reveal Musk’s Building America’s Future and America PAC have spent millions on Schimel’s campaign. The Wisconsin Democratic Party responded with a $2 million donation to Crawford, which included a $1 million donation from Soros. April’s election is expected to shatter the fundraising record set by the 2023 Supreme Court race, when Justice Janet Protasiewicz’s victory secured a 4-3 liberal majority for the Badger State. Schimel and Crawford are competing to replace the liberal-leaning Justice Ann Walsh Bradley. A win for Schimel would give conservatives the majority, while a win for Crawford would maintain the liberal majority. “We remember back in 2023, a couple of years ago, the off-election year, where we should have won that Supreme Court seat, and we didn’t. And now the balance of power is slipping in one direction. And we did not want to be taken by surprise again,” Kirk said on Monday to explain his involvement in the race. “George Soros . . . JB Pritzker and all those other billionaires are spending millions of dollars here,” Gov. Scott Walker, R-Wisc., said at the Turning Point Action town hall. Walker said Democrats have fallen in step with Crawford because “if she’s elected, they’re going to pick up two more seats currently held by Republicans in the House of Representatives from Wisconsin by gerrymandering those seats.” He said that “could be the end of President Trump’s agenda” in Wisconsin. “We cannot let that happen. The court is not for partisanship. The court is the place to uphold the Constitution and the laws of the state. That’s why we need to elect Brad Schimel,” Walker said. “They will redistrict the hell out of this thing,” Trump Jr. added. “They will break every rule imaginable. They will negate everything and say you don’t have standing and say you can’t combat it. We made such incredible gains over the last few years, because people saw exactly what was at stake and got engaged. We cannot take our foot off the gas for one second.” Conservatives urged Wisconsin voters on Monday night to “stay vigilant” despite Republicans winning big on November 5.
