India’s Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has expressed deep concern over the recent developments in Venezuela, particularly the capture of President Nicolas Maduro by US special forces.

?Polling for 29 municipal corporation elections across the state, including Mumbai, Pune, and Pimpri-Chinchwad, will be held on January 15, with vote counting scheduled for January 16.

The DGCA said the advisory was issued after a surge in safety incidents around the world where lithium batteries were suspected to be the cause. Several other countries and major airlines — including Emirates and Singapore Airlines — have also enforced similar curbs to avoid safety hazards.
