The Government of India is set to bring changes to healthcare policy by issuing guidelines to all hospitals to make it mandatory for patients to fill an Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) reporting form as part of the patient admission process.

Actor-politician Vijay on Sunday, i.e., September 28, received a bomb threat directed at his Chennai-based residence. A bomb disposal squad with sniffer dogs was deployed to his Neelankarai home to carry out a comprehensive search, news agency PTI reported.

Senior IAS officer Rajeev Verma has been appointed as the new Chief Secretary of Delhi. He has served the Delhi Government earlier as well. He was an IAS officer from the 1992 batch.
