Global football icon Lionel Messi wrapped up his GOAT Tour 2025 with a special visit to Vantara. There he interreacted with animals, played football with elephant calf and Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant named a lion cub ‘Lionel’ in the honour of the player.

Last month, the Centre approved the terms of reference for the 8th Pay Commission and granted the panel a period of 18 months to submit its report. This means that the report submission will likely be around mid-2027.
