The UER-II, a 76-kilometre access-controlled corridor described as Delhi’s ‘outer ring road,’ runs from Alipur to Mahipalpur near IGI Airport.

As Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to inaugurate two crucial highway projects worth nearly 11,000 crore in Rohini today, Delhi Traffic Police has issued a traffic advisory in this regard. The Delhi Police have asked commuters to avoid few roads and has given alternate routes.

The incident occurred on the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday, disrupting the village’s access and resulting in minor property and land damage.
