The Delhi International Airport Limited — the authority that operates the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi — has issued a fresh advisory for passengers, stating that all its operations continue as normal. DIAL has also released some guidelines for the passengers.
The AAI’s decision to issue NOTAMs was likely made to ensure safety and security in light of the current situation. The affected airports will remain closed until further notice, with operations expected to resume after May 10, 2025, subject to a review of the situation.
Amid rising India-Pakistan tensions, Indigo issued a statement and said that “Your safety is paramount. Flights to/from the following cities are cancelled until 2359 hrs on 10th May. We are here to help you travel with ease.”
