China expresses regret over India’s strikes on Pakistan after the Pahalgam terror attack and urges both nations to maintain peace and avoid escalation.

The main focus of the attack was on the terror groups Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) and Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT)-both responsible for many deadly attacks in India over the last 30 years.

India targeted nine locations in Bahawalpur, Muridke, Gulpur, Bhimber, Chak Amru, Bagh, Kotli, Sialkot and Muzaffarabad.
