Developed by Aerial Delivery Research and Development Establishment, Agra, the airship was launched carrying an instrumental payload to an altitude of around 17 km, Defence Ministry said on Saturday.

The contract worth around Rs 260 crore is expected to boost the strength of the air defence troops in the forward areas especially on the western sector, they said.

This semi-high-speed train will make travel faster and more comfortable. The South Western Railway (SWR) will operate and maintain this service.
