The Chief Minister of Delhi, Rekha Gupta on Monday attended a programme organised at Namo Ground, Khajuri Chowk, in the North East Delhi Parliamentary Constituency to mark the completion of one year of the Government.

The probe began after a missing person report of the deceased, identified as Manvendra Pratap Singh, was registered at the police station on Feb 20. During the investigation, police questioned Singh’s son, Akshat Pratap Singh, who confessed to killing his father.

A major accident occurred on the Lucknow-Purvanchal Expressway on Monday after a private double-decker bus overturned. The unfortunate incident left at least five people dead and several others injured. According to a police official, the bus was travelling from Ludhiana in Punjab to Motihari in Bihar, when the accident occurred near the Purvanchal Expressway toll gate.
