Chief Minister Rekha Gupta led Delhi government has announced to construct a modern integrated complex equipped with state-of-the-art facilities in North Delhi’s Alipur for the reform and rehabilitation of children in conflict with law or juveniles. The decision was taken at a meeting chaired by the Chief Minister and attended by members of the Juvenile Justice Committee and officials from the Department of Women and Child Development.

Rajya Sabha MP and NCP chief Ajit Pawar’s wife Sunetra Pawar is likely to be sworn in as Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister after her husband. Sunetra will replace her husband in the state cabinet for the second top post and left for Mumbai on Friday evening.

Delhi’s air quality remained in the poor category on Saturday with the AQI around 271, while several areas recorded very poor pollution levels. At the same time, dense to very dense fog reduced visibility at multiple airports across north and central India, affecting travel.
