The plea has sought an ex-parte stay on the operation of the November 19 order passed by the civil judge.

The event is being held in the Odisha capital for the first time. It will be a three-day event from November 29 to December 1.

The Mumbai-Pune Expressway is India’s first high-speed expressway. A portion of the expressway was opened to the public in 1999, and by 2002, the entire route was fully operational.
