The Divyang Bus Pass issued by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department is now integrated with DigiLocker, reflecting Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s vision of leveraging technology to make governance more accessible, transparent, and citizen-centric.

According to the Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA), the devastating floods have heavily impacted multiple regions, resulting in the loss of 57 males and 23 females, alongside 18 children (12 males and 6 females).
