Gandhi, the Leader of Opposition (LoP) in the Lok Sabha, said the visit was meant to remember the students who died by suicide after the NEET-UG paper leak earlier this year.

As the students across the country have been protesting in different ways with many of them filming incidents at protest site and their own showing banners and other activities, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras has asked its students to remove the videos posted on their Instagram accounts.

The development comes as students have been protesting in Delhi to demand the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over the NEET-UG paper leak and other issues engulfing the education system.
